Browser Support

What browsers do you support?

Due to the extensive use of AJAX, JavaScript, and CSS2 in EnergyIQ, your browser may experience malfunctions when using this application. Thorough testing has been done Safari for OSX and for Firefox 2.x on both PC and Mac. IE7 on the PC has been tested and we feel confident that your experience with this browser will be the same as on Firefox. Since there are some well known issues that may appear while using IE7, we are continously working to resolve them. If you are using one of the aforementioned working browsers and find a fault, please contact us immediately.

For any browser you use, you must have Javascript enabled. Refer to the 'Help' Menu Option of browser for information on how to turn this on. Energy IQ will inform you if you do not have Javascript turned on.

If you are using an older version of Internet Explorer (6 or older), we highly recommend that you upgrade to IE 7 or Firefox. There are limitations and bugs in CSS and Javascript that we cannot fix on our end.
